Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

At zorocart.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here is our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at foskonline@gmail.com or call us at ‪+91 8089771080.

 * Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after the 24-hour window has passed.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 * How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at foskonline@gmail.com or call us. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please also attach photos. For items that arrived broken, you can send photos via WhatsApp to ‪+91 8089771080.

 * Return Process: We will review your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the item. Please ensure you keep the original packaging.

 * Refund Processing: Once the item is received at our warehouse (this may take 7-10 days), we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.

   * Refunds can be issued as store credit or to your original payment method. Store credit is processed immediately, while bank refunds may take 5-6 business days to appear in your account.

 * Important Notes on Returns:

   * Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

   * Shipping fees may apply to returns that are made due to personal preference and not a product defect.

Additional Notes

 * Handmade Items: Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in colour, size, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
